Great family place. The pool table, video games, and corn hole were a hit. It's in a great location, easy to get to most places around the city, and PB has a lot of good restaurants as well. We had some minor issues that were resolved quickly by the host. He was very responsive, communicative, and gave great customer service. Overall I would recommend this property to groups or families. It's very comfortable, has some great amenities, and is in a good location.

We had a wonderful stay! The home was clean, spacious, and exactly as described. It had plenty of room for our family, and we felt comfortable throughout our entire trip. The check-in process was easy, communication with the host was great, and the house was well-stocked with everything we needed. The location was convenient for exploring San Diego, and we made so many great family memories during our stay. We would definitely stay here again and would recommend it to anyone looking for a comfortable, relaxing place to vacation!

Great home for a family. The home was clean and in a great location with an amazing game room. My one complaint is that there are many additional fees: * additional fee for an early check in * additional fee for a late check out * an additional fee to use the jacuzzi We rented the home for a week so it was unfortunate to hear about all of these additional fees and there not being flexibility. The host was very responsive and we had a wonderful experience there. James checked in on me to see how things were going in the home. We had a great experience and would definitely consider staying there again!

Great stay in PB to escape the AZ summer weather and enjoy some time with friends and family. The house has plenty of space both inside and out, so you don't feel like you're on top of each other. The kids enjoyed the swing and the game room even more than we expected.
