Can we get a single invoice for finance?

Yes. Your estimate is itemized (accommodation, cleaning, taxes) and the final quote comes as one invoice from OODA Management, not from a booking site.

How is the estimate calculated?

Like any regular stay: nightly rate, cleaning and taxes. There is no event surcharge. Minimum-night rules can flex for your dates.

Do I pay anything now?

No. Sending the estimate opens a conversation with our team. Nothing is charged until a real person has confirmed dates, homes and the final quote with you.

Is there space to actually work?

The homes we recommend here have dining tables, living rooms and fast Wi-Fi sized for a team. Tell us your team size and we match the layout.

“We really enjoyed our recent stay at this beautiful home. I went into it thinking it was one giant house but it is actually three separate units all together in the same backyard so it is very easy to all meet up in the common outdoor fire pit and play room! Christian was very responsive and quick to help solve issues! He even went out of his way to sent our group some goodies to snack on, very appreciated! Quick Uber pick up from this location and not too expensive to get anywhere as we were decently close to where we wanted to go. Street parking is first come first served so it was decently hard with multiple vehicles, but that’s to be expected! Beds were comfy, bathrooms were clean, house was quiet! Anything you would want in an Airbnb, especially with 14 people being able to stay together!”
