Over the 5 years I have checked into 48 Airbnb and by far this is the worst stay. Our stay was not so pleasant due to so many flies in the backyard during the day. The carpet was filthy and stained I didn’t feel comfortable having my son on it at all. The home it self needs a deep cleaning and fixing as well. The AC unit in the home can only cool down the small kitchen and living room besides that I would recommend them to keep 2-3 fans in house to help with air circulation in all rooms. Overall the only thing that I was happy about was communication with Christian and responding was a 10.

We truly enjoyed stayed here with our family. Close distant to most tourist spots in San Diego. We enjoyed all the amenities our only issue was that the hot tub was never heated and just stayed lukewarm. Besides that everything was amazing and the host was super responsive and tried his best to make sure everything was perfect! We would definitely stay here again for our next visit!
