this is a beach house which means dont expect fancy but the location was great. there is a restaurant next door that plays music till around 10pm. We enjoyed it. house has everything we needed and host was responsive.

Our family of 10 stayed here for 5 days and 4 nights. Great location! We were there for 4th of July and this is a great location for a holiday because the beach doesn't get very crouded because there is not a lot of public parking nearby. The house has 2 parking spaces and we fit a suburban and a Tahoe easily. A lot of restaurants within walking distance or a short drive.

Mike’s place was a great spot for our family vacation! It was super close to the beach, making it easy to walk back and forth throughout the day. Mike was very responsive and helpful whenever we had questions. The parking situation was excellent, and the home comfortably fit our entire group of 11. The location was another big plus—we were able to walk to several restaurants and enjoy the area without needing to drive everywhere. The only suggestion I would make is that ceiling or portable fans in the bedrooms would have been nice, but it definitely wasn’t a deal breaker. Overall, we had a wonderful trip and made great family memories. We’d happily stay here again!
