READ ALL REVIEWS from past guests and trust when we say this place is very rusty and lots of things not working. The refrigerator in kitchen doesn't cool. When I reached out I was informed then that there is a frige in the garage. The door to the garage says DO NOT OPEN so not sure why our dairy products from our arrival day went bad if they had a working one in garage it would have been nice to know. The electrical outlets in the living room (with pool table) do not work and no ceiling lights so you can't play in the evenings. All throughout the house and casita electrical outlets don't work. There were maggots behind outside patio trashcan. The beds do not have boxsprings under mattress so you are sleeping on widely spaced slats which cause dips in mattress when you sleep. My sister moved to the living room couch as her bed was miserable to sleep on. If you like to cook you better bring over all your own kitchen items as this kitchen is way under stocked. No sharp knives for meat.

Christian and the property owners were amazing and very helpful throughout this entire trip. All minor issues were quickly resolved by Christian and his team, which made our trip stress-free.

Christian is great and was very quick to respond during inquiry and throughout our stay. He followed up throughout our stay making sure there were no issues or that they were resolved quickly and properly. We had hoped for early check in but were told the day before that the cleaning crew ended up needing time to get the house ready. This property is in a very open natural setting in the hills so there’s a lot of spider webs and animal feces in/around the plants. The backyard/poolside area is not fenced off so we had to keep our dogs kenneled or on leash for fear of them wandering too far or falling downhill. The villa is charming but definitely needs some work. Floors are starting to stickup in the entry living room where one pool table is causing us to keep a closer eye on the little ones with us so they wouldn’t trip or get hurt. Some indoor lighting wasn’t working in that room as well and baseboards had minor damage. The balconies in the pool house are leaning forward with a lot of
